Shipping and handling
1.We ship by EMS or DHL.UPS worldwide except China, Hong Kong. No pickup service available.
2.Our prices are included the cost of shipping, handling, packaging and related labor costs.
3.We reserve the right to NOT TO SHIP TO ANY SUSPICIOUS ADDRESSES or we may request more information about the payment account holder. We reserve rights to define suspicious addresses.
4..Shipping is NOT available to German, Italy, India due to customs delay and/or security problem.
5.The recipient of the package is responsible for all duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Seller would not responsible for those fees and are not included in the shipping & handling fee we charged. Please check with your local agency for details on estimated fees.
Delivery period of time

Service and warranty
1.We will refund / exchange items for 30 days from the date you receive them at any reason. However, shipping and handling fee is refundable only if products are defective.
2.Returned merchandise damaged or with missing components are not refundable.
