Return policy    

1. You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the reception of your strip. Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return.
2. Return can be acceptable only if the item(s) can not  be used if you can’t deal with it by yourself via our assisting first.
3. Item(s) must be postmarked back to us within 14 days from when the item was received. We highly recommend that you insure your package; Ever-Pretty is not responsible if the returned items do not arrive to us.
4. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition.
5. Return shipping charges will be the buyer’s responsibility.
6. If a refund request, we only issue refund after getting the returned item(s).
