1.Statement:
If buyer have something special service, must contact us and confirm with us before placing the order.
2.Package:
All the products are CE & RoHS certified, some led lights are UL approved, but as small quantity, there is no printing(such as CE, RoHS, UL & your own logo) on the products, and packed by white box, with simple specifications printed on the box. If your quantity is big, need the printing and color box package, please contact us before placing the order.
3.Shipment:
All the products are shipped by DHL Express. Usually, the package will reach you within 1 week after sending to buyers. Please check the package in front of postmen before sign it, if the products broken, refuse to sign, or we will not take responsibility for the lost for breaking.
4.Warranty:
All our products have 1 year warranty. If the products out of work within the warranty, we can exchange the products for you freely. The delivery cost should be on the payment of the sender.
5.Refund:
If there is no problem on the quality, we do not accept any refund. If the buyer is not satisfied with the products and wants refund, goods should be sent back on the payment of buyer.
6.Payment & Feedback:
Please confirm the payment as soon as getting the products, and give the feedback carefully after testing them. This is very important to us.
