Shipping policies

1. Payment must be made within 3 days of order. We accept Alipay here.

2. We will ship to the default address in Alipay, if you don't inform us.

For deliveries to other countries, please contact us to confirm if we can delivery to your address!

3. Please check the Shipping & Handling Fee before bid and purchase.
If the listing don't support. Buyer must pay full shipping charge regard to your region before we ship the items.

4. We will not responsible for any accidents, delays or other issues that are the responsibility of the shipping service.

All the items will be dispatched within 1-3 business day after received your payment by corresponding couriers. The arrival time depends on some factors and different areas:

A.Hongkong post airmail & China post airmail:
It may takes 10-20 business days (register airmail) to arrived your home or office.
Some areas may take a litter longer time, like Russian , Brazil ect.  

B.EMS: usually takes about 7-14 days.

It will be take longer time to arrive for special reasons as remote region and buyer’s custom reason ect.
C.DHL. UPS. TNT. Fedex usually takes about 5-7days.

5. Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.

Normally, we will ship the buyers item as GIFT in a lower value, in order to avoid the buyer’s tax.
However, if the tax is charged by buyer’s custom not by us. Different countries for different tax rate, so if any tax then the buyer should undertake it.

6. In order to ensure you receive you order tax free upon import, we will declare it as a “GIFT” under value “$10.00”. This lower price does not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product and may not apply to countries with different tariff rules. Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility.

Return policies

Serious buyer only:

If the item is damaged when arrived, you must notify us within 48 hours, or we are unable to exchange it for you. We don't responsible for any physical damage or damage is caused by buyers’ misuse. Buyer is responsible to pay return shipping fee.

Please return it within 2 weeks , less all shipping and handling fees. All returns must be authorized by us first and all items returned must be in its original package and in good condition. Otherwise, the return will be refused and NO REFUND.

Two ways of solution for buyers:

1. Exchanged:  We’ll offer buyer another item in good quality with after we get the package.

2. Refund: We’ll offer full refund after we get the package.
